However, such activities can often lead to wasting more time and getting distracted from our ultimate goal of studying. Studying for extended periods can be mentally draining, and taking regular study breaks is essential for maintaining productivity and focus. However, how you spend those breaks can make a significant difference in how refreshed and ready you feel to dive back into your studies.
